WHAT TO EXPECT
Par-Tee at The Park returns for an afternoon of great food, outstanding wines, and the atmosphere that made it a festival favorite last year. Hosted at The Park and The House Kitchen & Bar, this walk-around tasting brings together acclaimed chefs and winemakers in one of West Palm Beach’s most distinctive settings. Host chef Jason Van Bomel welcomes Tristen Epps-Long, Joe Flamm, Mason Hereford, James London, Dean Neff, and Stephen Stryjewski, each preparing signature bites complemented by wines from Robert Mondavi Winery and Ruffino. Par-Tee at The Park captures the relaxed, social spirit of the Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival.

We’ve flipped Sustain on its head! Now one of our prime daytime lunches, we’ve asked chefs to push the envelope regarding their definition of sustainability. Host Kevin Sawyer and guest chefs Paula DaSilva and Alex Seidel will collaborate on locally sourced, seasonal and sustainable seafood, paired with Bouchaine Vineyards hand-selected by winemaker Chris Kajani, which employs several sustainable farming methods and was the first fish-friendly certified vineyard in Napa Valley.
