A Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival tradition, Daniel & Friends returns to the elegant garden courtyard of Café Boulud. Hosted by Chef Daniel Boulud and Executive Chef Christopher Zabita, and featuring guest chefs Marc, Bryan, and Larry Forgione, along with Mauro Colagreco and Robert Irvine, this gathering reflects the refined cuisine and impeccable hospitality that have long defined Boulud's restaurants. Guests will enjoy a walk-around tasting featuring seasonal specialties paired with wines from Bouchaine Vineyards and Lingua Franca, along with handcrafted cocktails. Set beneath the courtyard's lush canopy, Daniel & Friends offers a leisurely morning where the best of the best come together in one of the island’s most iconic dining destinations.

We’ve flipped Sustain on its head! Now one of our prime daytime lunches, we’ve asked chefs to push the envelope regarding their definition of sustainability. Host Kevin Sawyer and guest chefs Paula DaSilva and Alex Seidel will collaborate on locally sourced, seasonal and sustainable seafood, paired with Bouchaine Vineyards hand-selected by winemaker Chris Kajani, which employs several sustainable farming methods and was the first fish-friendly certified vineyard in Napa Valley.
