Join Chef Mauro Colagreco in the kitchen at Florie’s at Four Seasons Resort for an intimate, hands-on cooking class inspired by the Mediterranean and South Florida’s seasonal ingredients. Chef Mauro will take guests inside his culinary world, sharing his philosophy that inspires his approach. Throughout the class, Chef Mauro will share cooking tips, the inspiration behind recipes, and the methods he uses to bring out the best in every ingredient. The experience concludes with guests enjoying the meal they’ve prepared, accompanied by wine in Florie’s relaxed alfresco setting.

We’ve flipped Sustain on its head! Now one of our prime daytime lunches, we’ve asked chefs to push the envelope regarding their definition of sustainability. Host Kevin Sawyer and guest chefs Paula DaSilva and Alex Seidel will collaborate on locally sourced, seasonal and sustainable seafood, paired with Bouchaine Vineyards hand-selected by winemaker Chris Kajani, which employs several sustainable farming methods and was the first fish-friendly certified vineyard in Napa Valley.
