Part of the OpenTable Dining Series, celebrate 80 years of Brennan’s with a special brunch pop-up at Pistache French Bistro during the Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival. Hosted by Ralph Brennan, this Festival event brings the unmistakable flavors and hospitality of New Orleans to the heart of Palm Beach. Pistache Chef Benoit Delos joins Brennan’s Chef Kris Padalino to create a brunch that honors eight decades of one of New Orleans’ most beloved culinary institutions. Guests will enjoy a menu inspired by the enduring spirit of Brennan’s, paired with the gracious hospitality that has made it a New Orleans institution for generations.

We’ve flipped Sustain on its head! Now one of our prime daytime lunches, we’ve asked chefs to push the envelope regarding their definition of sustainability. Host Kevin Sawyer and guest chefs Paula DaSilva and Alex Seidel will collaborate on locally sourced, seasonal and sustainable seafood, paired with Bouchaine Vineyards hand-selected by winemaker Chris Kajani, which employs several sustainable farming methods and was the first fish-friendly certified vineyard in Napa Valley.
