A Night at The Ben presented by National Geographic Expeditions returns for 2025 as an unforgettable evening of culinary exploration hosted on the scenic waterfront lawn at The Ben, Autograph Collection. This elegant walk-around tasting, themed around a winter wonderland, the event showcases the talents of host chef Daniel Pundik, joined by a roster of guest celebrity chefs including Karen Akunowicz, Timon Balloo, Maneet Chauhan, Ben Ford, James London, Giorgio Rapicavoli and Matt Vawter. Guests will enjoy chef-crafted tasting stations, expertly paired wines and champagnes, and inventive cocktails, all under open skies in a stylish outdoor setting. The event is designed for relaxed mingling in smart-casual attire, with signature bites that evolve with the season.

We’ve flipped Sustain on its head! Now one of our prime daytime lunches, we’ve asked chefs to push the envelope regarding their definition of sustainability. Host Kevin Sawyer and guest chefs Paula DaSilva and Alex Seidel will collaborate on locally sourced, seasonal and sustainable seafood, paired with Bouchaine Vineyards hand-selected by winemaker Chris Kajani, which employs several sustainable farming methods and was the first fish-friendly certified vineyard in Napa Valley.
