VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival in partnership with Wine Spectator! Our volunteers play a variety of roles leading up to our Grand Tasting and during the event, the most important of which is providing our guests, talent, and sponsors with a memorable, one-of-a-kind experience.

What are the requirements for volunteering at the Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival?

In addition to role-specific requirements, all PBFWF volunteers must adhere to the volunteer policies and general requirements outlined below.

  • Volunteers must be at least 21 years old and able to handle moderate to heavy lifting.
  • All Volunteers are required to attend at least one of the Volunteer Orientation sessions. Two sessions will be offered, dates and times TBD.
  • Volunteers must report for duty on time (at least 15 minutes before scheduled shift) and stay for the entire shift.
  • Volunteers must be courteous, respectful, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Volunteers may not smoke, eat, or drink in public while on duty.
  • Use of alcohol and/or controlled substances before or while on duty is strictly prohibited. Violators will be subject to immediate dismissal.
  • Failure to perform duties as expected/required may result in dismissal and will affect future participation as a volunteer for PBFWF.
What benefits will volunteers receive for volunteering at PBFWF?
  • Opportunity to network with culinary professionals and community leaders, and be a part of the largest food & wine festival in Palm Beach County
  • Volunteers will receive a PBFWF t-shirt to wear while on duty. Limit one t-shirt per volunteer.
  • Snacks and refreshments will be provided in designated break areas.
  • 'Friends and family' discount to purchase tickets when not volunteering.
