Southern cuisine is the foundation to American cuisine but it differs greatly based on the chef’s roots. This year’s Southern Revival is a whirlwind of Southern cuisine styles brought forth by Ashley Christensen of Raleigh, North Carolina; Edward Lee of Washington, D.C.; Alon Shaya of New Orleans; and host chef Lindsay Autry, originally of North Carolina. The five-course seated lunch is hosted at THE REGIONAL Kitchen & Public House in West Palm Beach.
