Join us for an evening of pure decadence as Florie’s chef de cuisine Nino La Spina welcomes Ryan Ratino, the chef behind Michelin-starred D.C. spots JÔNT and Bresca as well as the soon to open MAASS at Four Seasons in Fort Lauderdale, as well as Brandon Salomon, chef of Evelyn’s Fort Lauderdale, awarded Broward’s best new restaurant. The dishes are sophisticated — both in presentation and taste — and center on the restaurant’s open fire kitchen. Wine pairings are specially selected for this event.
